The place is flawlessly maintained… It’s been upgraded and it is absolutely clean and very lovely… The staff is wonderful and we on top of things… They *do* take a sizable security/potential damage deposit, and they no longer take American Express… So be prepared for that. But I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

It was better than I expected. Sometimes, hotels inside Victorian buildings can be a bit old, smelly, and outdated. But this one was very modern with good upkeep. My only minor complaints would be the lack of an elevator. It’s not convenient to carry large suitcases up or down narrow staircases. And the other complaint was that the hallways and stairs had linen bags and cleaning supplies everywhere. You constantly have to watch where you’re walking or you trip over them. But it’s a great 3-star hotel in an ideal location and I would stay here again.

Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. This is normal so be sure to bring your own. Brit’s provides water, coffee, and hot chocolate free of charge. The TV shows regular British tv but you can chromecast to watch any shows you’d regular watch while home. The concierge is also nice! Great attitudes, helpful and around 24 hours. It’s a safe area close to the Earl’s court station and close enough to walk to Kensington Palace qnd Kensington High Road with all the shopping. There are plenty of restaurants near - our favorite was Masala Zone and Kappa. We frequented Sainsbury, grocery, way too much. Last but least, there is a small fridge in the room and a microwave available onsite which is great if you want to have snacks and enjoy food while in your room. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is one of the best maintained in the Earls Court area - definitely a change from the normal tired looking fittings you normally expect to see. Price for one night was also very reasonable. Unfortunately, the only downside was the room deposit of £150 paid at check-in - whilst I was told at reception that this was supposed to be a hold on my card, the hotel had actually debited the amount as a charge! Whilst it was returned on the day I checked out, this was not what I was told.

We requested a refund (even partial) for the one full night's stay in which we were not provided the basic necessities of hotel accommodations: running water. We were denied. For the entire evening/night, we had no running water and the following morning, while we had water, it was ice cold. This hotel is not prepared to be a functioning business. In addition, they illogically chose to hose down their front walk way during freezing temperatures, leading to treacherous conditions - their solution was to put up a caution sign. Even the "perks" were malfunctioning: their coffee machine was out of order by the second day.. Sigh, please save yourself the anguish and book a different property.
