This is actually student housing that moonlights as a “hotel” during the summer break. It’s generally fine, but the bed and the rooms are ridiculously small. This might be fine for a single student, but for a couple - as we were - there just isn’t enough room in the bed or elsewhere. The cheaper price notwithstanding, not good value for money.

The front desk staff were friendly but that’s the only positive. The bathroom was moldy. The hallways had a strange smell and were unclean. The whole place felt grimy.

Was a fine size, good location and had all the amenities, but no servicing of the room arcross the week, only had one towel for the shower, low quality shower care peoducts and everything was a little dirty... from the wall stains, to the bathroom grim. Staff were amazing but left like living in a dorm, the hallways even had that stale smell and charity bins for move out days.

The mattresses and bedding were atrociously bad and the kitchen.... had nothing in it. No cups, not cutlery, nothing. Yes, frigde and microwave are there, but you need to bring *everything*. Still a good deal for accommodations in this expensive city.

La habitación para dos personas bastante bien, te dejan toallas y geles de baño, también les pedimos un secador y nos lo dejaron. A parte las instalaciones cuentan con patio al aire libre donde hay mesas para comer y mesas de pin pon, un gimnasio y una zona con televisiones. También pedimos un pedido de Amazon y nos lo recogieron sin problema en recepción. Personal agradable y la parada de bus y metro a unos 7 minutos andando. Recomiendo quedarse en este alojamiento si vienes a Londres

The staff during our entire period during different hours of the day were polite, helpful and caring. The bed were too small to accommodate 2 grown up adults.
