We recently stayed at this property for a 4-night family trip to London. There are some definite positives: the size of the house is fantastic for a family, good size garden and having parking on the property is a huge plus. The location is also very convenient, it's great for activities near Heathrow and close to the high street shops, making it easy to stock up on groceries or order takeaway. However, the property, along with the furniture and carpets, is quite dated and could really use a touch-up. General cleanliness throughout the house could have been much better. The mattresses in the bedrooms are very old and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's rest, so those definitely need replacing. Additionally, the bathroom fittings need urgent attention; the toilet lids don't fit properly, and the seat on the upstairs room toilet is only screwed in on one side, making it slide around and very difficult to use. With a deep clean, new mattresses, and some basic maintenance, this could be a fantastic short let rental.

Das Haus war angenehm groß. Die Bilder sind alle etwas älter. WC im Erdgeschoss, tropft Wasser von der Decke Schubladen im Bad und Wc verdreckt. Küche tropft Wasser aus dem Hahn unaufhörlich. Backofen dreckig, scheinbar schon Monate nicht gesäubert. Thermostate der Heizkörper defekt, abgebrochen. Badezimmer im OG(Zimmer) defekt, keine Wc Sitz, kein Waschbecken. Badezimmer Flur OG, kein Spiegel. Wasser in der Dusche läuft sehr langsam und kaum Druck drauf. Alle Kochutensielen dreckig und leider war keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Es wurden Handtücher zum Wechseln angeboten, leider kam keiner vorbei und brachte diese.
