Property is not well maintained. Safety concerns including no lights when entering stairs to flat, other lighting inadequate, sections on stairs with no hand rails, uneven transition between rooms/trip hazards, bathroom grout needs replaced to get rid of black mold, ceiling above toilet is slanted and too low making use of toilet uncomfortable.

An amazing experience all around! Sanya reached out right away and was so kind and helpful...she made sure we had everything we needed and was so responsive the entire time. The flat is so cute and had everything we needed, plus it was in an absolute perfect part of town! We loved that the room with the pullout sofa had it's own door, so it was essentially like having 2 private bedrooms. I cannot recommend working with Sanya enough- she saved our trip, and we absolutely enjoyed our time in this perfect flat!

Great apartment, great neighborhood. Super convenient and close to lots of great attractions. Bedroom is in back so it was quiet for sleeping. Added pluses having air conditioning, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Made everything smooth. Good communication.
