I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very convenient to Victoria station. The rooms are small but comfortable and it is fairly priced. Common area, breakfast and bar are also very nice.

The rooms were great, impecable and the best part were your employees, love it the IPad to manage every things, the quality of the breakfast buffet was, I’ll for sure look to here next time in London, needles to say I highly recommend this hotel which is close to several touristic attractions !!!!

The only complaint that i would have, is food selection at the bar, and if was breakfast available i didnt really knew about it. Also the check in process was different that what we are use to, but the staff came over and helped us.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell that hit me as soon as I walked in, and the bed gave off an awful odor, something like wet dog mixed with bodily fluids. It was hard to sleep because the fumes were so strong. The room looked clean but the smell let you know it wasn’t actually clean. The only positive was the in-room technology, controlling everything through the iPad and changing the lights was pretty cool. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for tge smell. I won’t be coming back to this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at CitizenM London Victoria Station! The hotel was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The Hotel room is the size of a cruise cabin, however very clean has all of the amenities you would want or need and is high tech. The room is managed via a iPad controlling the lighting, tv, music, blinds temperature control and mood lighting.The staff friendly and attentive the location was central to Big Ben and the palace and play houses down the stret
