Lovely room, very comfortable with great amenities. Toilet hadn't been cleaned properly and some of the shelves could have done with a dust but overall very good. Lovely crisp, fresh sheets and towels. Staff were welcoming and helpful too and I loved the bar area as you go in, lovely!

The room was incredible and spotlessly clean – comfortable and well-maintained. Less than 5 minutes from the metro, making it easy to get around, and Big Ben is just a 10-minute walk away. The location is steps away from Victoria Station and within 20 minutes walk from Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace. The lobby design is both modern and anesthetically appealing. The staff is wonderful
