The Space:

The apartment has everything required for up to 4 guests (with use of the sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay in an enviable East London location, with great transport links right on your doorstep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, as well as teas and coffee provided for guests to use. The living space has an L-shaped sofa, dining table and access out onto a terrace, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for up to 2 additional guests if required for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a shower over bath and complimentary towels and toiletries are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the apartment during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in Dalston, a buzzing neighbourhood with a host of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops on your doorstep. There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland) which provide easy access to all parts of London. Across the road is a great coffee spot, Allpress Espresso; around the corner is Dusty knuckle (arguable London's best bakery), and a few doors down is Angelina, one of London's most unique and highly regarded restaurants. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket less than 5 minutes from the apartment.



Getting Around:

The local area has plenty of things to keep you busy, all within easy walking distance, with a number of shops, cafes and bars in the near vicinity as mentioned. There are 2 main overground stations within a 5 minute walk of the apartment (Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland) which provide easy access to all parts of London. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.

The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for up to 2 additional guests if required for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.



For security reasons:

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
