disappointing. Unexpected charges!!!!

Upon our return to the states, we received a charge of £140 for a blind that had broken while raising it on the first day. The management was cold, inconsiderate and unmovable. I could understand a charge if we had spilled on the carpet or furniture, but to charge us for a mechanical thing that was out of our control is outlandish. Also, we were given a top floor (fifth story) room with no elevator and low loft ceilings making it difficult to maneuver in the bedrooms without bonking heads on walls. The photos of rooms on website are deceiving. There are plenty of other establishments in the same area. I do not recommend staying here at all!

Sjuskete inngangsparti, med tilfeldige redskaper plassert i trappeoppgangen. Utsjekking var rask, men besto bare av å ta imot nøkkelen uten noen spørsmål eller undersøkelse av hvem som sjekker ut, eller hvordan oppholdet har vært. Personalet virker uinteressert, og inngir ikke tillit. Dusjen drypper uten stans. Jeg kommer til å velge andre overnattingssteder til mine følgende opphold i området,- det er heldigvis nok av alternativer i nabolaget. Tilbudet om kontinental frokost til £9 pr person, 5 minutter unna, virker absurd for et rom med tekjøkken.

Rent, bekvämt och nära bra kommunikationer!

Vi trivdes riktigt bra! Rent, bra service och hade i princip allt vi behövde. Ligger nära tunnelbanan som tar en direkt in till centrum men även direkt till Heathrow. Sköna sängar, snabbt wi-fi (fanns t.o.m. en smartphone man kunde använda om man ville!) och köket hade det som behövdes. Enkelt att hämta upp nyckeln till lägenheten i ett näraliggande hotell där man även kunde äta frukost (som ingick). Trevlig personal och man kunde även lämna bagaget där efter utcheckning, utan problem.Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

Wifi was out of service during our stay and it was the only down side. We could use a sister-hotel's lobby and wifi anyway. Washing machine in the room is very useful.
