Great location and lovely hotel

Stayed for one night before an early flight. The hotel was lovely and clean and modern, staff we friendly and helpful. The skybar was a lovely restaurant and great views of the runways.

LHR Hotel

Great hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to LHR - I used the hoppa bus to get to and from the airport and had no problems.

This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the bus that get you to the airport terminals. There are good dining options inside the hotel, and a bowling alley across the street if you need to kill some time. The room was quiet and cozy. The bathroom was well lit and clean. My only criticism is the shower design, which is open and allows water to spray out.

I like the view out of my window, the room was nice, big and the shower room was very nice to and a comfortable king size bed and the lady who give me my room was amazing so thank you for the love room.

Everyone was so nice! We ate at both restaurants and staff was super. Hard workers and efficient. Veronica was our waitress at the Indian restaurant. Food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when flying in / out of Heathrow. Alaska" arranged a taxi to pick us up for our early morning flight and the plan was executed flawlessly.

Pick any other hotel near Heathrow

Firstly, having stayed at Marriott's all over the world for over 30 years, and having been part of the Marriott Vacation Club for years, this stay was incredibly disappointing. Room - When we checked in to our room, there was a plate of stale cakes on the table with a Thank You card from the manager to another guest. Begs the question - was our room cleaned before we checked in? (I have taken pictures of this). There wasn't enough toilet paper provided and to request more took our call being transferred to 3 people to get this. Parking - firstly if you are visitor for dinner - this is free, however if you are a PAYING guest and spend over £200 on food and drink, parking is not free for you. Room Service - To order an ice bucket to our room, it took our call to be transferred to 3 people before we were able to order this and there was a £4.50 service fee for Ice! NEVER have I been charged for Ice in a hotel. The hotel is run down and the staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Surprising, considering that there are so many hotels along the airport at the same price point - you would expect healthy competition would improve standards, but at this Marriott it is the converse. Having stayed at 10+hotels near Heathrow - this has to be the worst one.

No Shuttle

Disappointed that an airport hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport. There's a once per hour service at a charge. Otherwise, it's Uber or cab. I did enjoy the Indian restaurant for dinner. If you don't like Indian food, I didn't see any nearby options.
