Light like a diamond and a perfect place to stay. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The host is lovely and always responds quickly to all my questions. I also really appreciated the self key pickup system - no need for in-person communication, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We booked for 11 oct to 18 Oct, we found that water issues in the kitchen overflowing, washing machine tapes were leaking to flood the hall, no one attended even after complaining it. it was not in a livable condition, so we vacated on Oct 14. They are not refunding the remaining days rent saying no refund policy. again, the security deposit is very high! very unprofessional, not properly replying about the refund, avoid this type of property. Stayz is also not cooperating to get the refund, it is disappointing.

The host was fantastic—friendly, communicative, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions provided, making the whole process hassle-free. The location was another highlight. Situated in a vibrant and convenient part of London, we were within easy reach of iconic landmarks, great restaurants, and excellent transport links.
