Property description stated there was a washing machine in the apartment. We counted on this and chose the property because of this feature as we had been travelling for over a week before checking in. We had to go out to do laundry at additional expense. This was not OK. Additionally, we had real trouble with the hot water. The showers were cold no matter how I adjusted the boiler.
