I had no idea there was a spa! The room itself was clean, except the sheets were very stained. There was a kettle & cups but nothing to put in them. Very noisy street, made it hard to sleep. The water was nice and hot though.

We are staying 2 nights with the Diana hotel. They have told us we haven't paid and asked for money in cash. We asked for a payment link and still havent received it. We had problems with door access.

No help from staff when I asked for the TV remote, nobody came so was left without it for the duration. It’s a horrendous place, like a back alley hostel. Any 5* reviews are fake believe the real ones telling the truth about it. Would rather sleep in a doorway than here ever again.

People had the key codes to other peoples rooms and almost came into mine. Towels not available, owner did not sort this out. Walls paper thin and its on top of a night club so no sleep. I checked out in less than an hour.

En una semana no hubo ningún tipo de servicio de habitación (sin limpieza, reposición de papel higiénico, cambio de toallas..) ni tampoco había insumos disponibles para poder adecentar nosotros el espacio. Así no se puede estar en una estancia de más de dos días. El ruido de la carretera constante por la mala insonorización era molesto, y el fin de semana retumbaban las paredes por la música de un pub cercano.
