The apartment was absolutely wonderful...spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water, responsive heating...these are not things to take for granted! Added bonuses were the walls hung with great art and the varied and interesting library. Alex is a great host and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. The neighbourhood is lovely and feels very safe. Hope to return one day!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our first trip to London! We loved the neighborhood vibe, walkability, and location near so much nature, like Hampstead Heath & Waterlow Park. Transportation to other parts of the city via the tube was convenient, too. The flat itself was gorgeous, full of artistic touches, and incredibly comfortable. It was quiet, felt safe, and was a truly wonderful find. We luckily got to meet the host who had provided a flat & area guide in advance, and then recommended even more amazing places to go & see. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quaint and perfect

I was looking for quaint and quiet away from Central London and this is it!! Exactly as advertised and even better in person.The roof deck is not to be missed and the neighborhood and hosts are simply wonderful. Beds are comfortable, flat is clean, organized and full of interesting art and books. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are a few small food shops within a short walk and an excellent bakery around the corner. Larger markets are a walk into town 20 mins.

Perfect flat to explore London!

Absolutely loved this charming flat and would stay again in a heartbeat! Close walking distance to several Tube lines, a charming café and the delightful neighborhoods of Crouch End and Highgate, yet super quiet area for relaxing after being in the hub of London all day. I am a very light sleeper and was so grateful that the place was so quiet. Alex gave us super-helpful recommendations and was easy to communicate with and get in touch with. House was comfortable, good beds, plenty of hot water, charming rooftop garden where we sat out in the sun! Check in and check out very easy. Thank you, Alex!

Wonderful experience

Great hosts, thorough instructions, helpful tips for the area, close to bus routes and underground. Quaint house with rooftop deck. Steep stairs to deck but it has a distant view of downtown London and comfortable seating. We had a lovely stay!

Nice and comfortable

Our stay at this apartment was very charming and comfortable for 2 couples. We had everything we needed, (though admittedly we didn’t spend much time there), though the bedrooms are small and there’s not much space for suitcases and belongings in the bedrooms, and toilet articles in the bathroom. We liked that there was lots of coffee (stashed away high in a cabinet) and we used the washer/dryer (one unit) with some difficulty figuring out how it worked. We would recommend this apartment for its charm, general comfort and reasonable price, but it’s pretty far out from the main sites of London, and it’s a 15–20 minute walk to the tube.

Fantastic accomodations

The flat was well appointed, clean and pleasing to the eye. Pretty and quiet neighborhood with close access to the tube. Alex was super nice, quick to respond and was very accommodating by providing us with an air bed, extra sheets, towels and pillow for the 4th person that was added to our party. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

An Oasis in a busy city

Our stay was brilliant! Impeccably clean and communication was outstanding. The store, the coffee shop and the off license are a short walk. After being downtown all day it was a welcome quiet and well done space to retreat to.

Highgate Flat just brilliant

This flat gave us everything we were expecting and everything we needed. I stayed with my wife, daughter and her husband for four days, it is immaculately clean and it worked for us perfectly. It is located in a beautiful quiet street with all the local facilities we needed. The tube is just down the road and the pubs are close by in every direction. Alex is a true champion as a host, our check in was smooth and easy. Also Alex is a very attentive host who was on hand and contactable whenever we needed advice or help any matter. I would strongly recommend this flat to anyone. Bob

Stunning Property

The property was exactly as advertised online, maybe even better! The view from the room was stunning and we looked out over Paris every night! The property had everything we could have asked for to make it feel homey. We could walk to the Eiffel Tower which was a wonderful surprise.

Wonderful UK Stay

My husband and our 37 yr old son stayed for 2 weeks end of Sept - early Oct. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we found it easy to prepare meals as it had all the equipment we needed. The weather was nice enough on many days and nights to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Fun to see the lights of London and one night we could hear the Arsenal club fans singing during a match that was a few miles away in their stadium. The apt is in a great residential neighborhood and we loved hearing the children in the school across the street. We were able to walk to the famous Highgate Cemetery and shops in Crouch End were about a 15 min walk for us. The owner Alex went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and accommodated my allergies to fragrance. He could not have been easier to deal with! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown London.
