I have never felt the need to write a review. I was VERY unpleased with this property. I arrived during the check-in hours to find someone else was in the apartment. Turns out, they booked our first day with someone else’s last day. After waiting 20 minutes on hold, the lady on the phone said “come back tomorrow” and wouldn’t help me find any other accommodations (I was refunded the one night). While staying, we noticed things were different than promised on Expedia: - No TV - No heating - No wifi - Dishwasher was taped closed - Washer AND dryer had someone else’s clothes in it - Only one shower worked (the other was only cold water)
