Property Details:

This 75-sqm apartment is located on the lower ground and ground floors without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The first bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is patio facing and furnished with a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

You can stroll along the riverbanks and admire the views from London’s famous bridges, including the impressive Millennium footbridge or the famous Tower Bridge. Saint Paul’s Cathedral is a must-see for history lovers. Fleet Street is full of traditional English pubs and home to some of the oldest alehouses in London. A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provide for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
