My home is a short stroll to the major London museums (Science, Natural History, V&A) as well as Harrods, Hyde Park and Sloane Square. The neighbourhood is great for shopping and restaurants with everything literally on your doorstep! Having the privacy of your own front door, you will immediately feel at home in a welcoming environment with an abundance of natural light and high ceilings as well as a great kitchen. My home is particularly suitable to discerning travellers.
The space The floor space is 1100 sq ft or 102 sq metres but feels bigger due to the light and high ceilings. The living space comprises of your own private front door/hall area, first and second floors. Living room and kitchen are on the first floor and benefit from high ceilings and lots of natural light as well as views over Walton St. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and both are ensuite with integrated wardrobes. There is a third bathroom and 1 person infrared sauna. The property has AC throughout for heating and cooling.
Guest access First and Second floors are accessible. Please note the property is a typical Victorian townhouse and has stairs. There is no access to the garden at the rear of the property.

TV - Smart TV with all channels via the internet.
Heating - all house radiators are controlled from the boiler. This has already been set up for your comfort so please do not touch the boiler.
AC for heat/cool - guests download an App and connect via bluetooth to the units.
Hot water is automatic and on demand - please do not touch the dials on the boiler!
