Come and enjoy your stay in our centrally located 2 bed flat in Elephant & Castle.
20 min walk from the Elephant and Castle tube (then 10mins into Oxford street/Central London) but 5-10 min walk to Walworth Road/East Street for all the busses into Central London
The area has amazing eats and is 20 min into Waterloo and London bridge (via bus).
The usual travel time anywhere in London is usually 35mins.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedroom 2 has a king bed or 2 x single beds (splits).
There is a balcony with BBQ and hammock, enjoy a Nespresso on the balcony's Bistro set or maybe put your feet up on the chaise lounge and chill watching a movie on the projector. We have recently added a sofa bed to the lounge which comfortably sleeps an extra person, but there are expandable foot stools as well to watch movies on rainy days.

2 large double rooms with a king bed and a king or 2 x single beds. The lounge now boasts a blue velvet click-clack sofa bed - please state your preference of bed configuration when booking your accommodation.

Large kitchen/dinner - Fully equipped, comes with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
Large bathroom with bath and shower and essential toiletries.

Balcony has a Bistro set, hammock, - highly recommended for those fabulous summer days.

The lounge is cosy with chaise lounge under the window where you can kick your feet up and read a book or chill and watch a movie on the projector, after a busy day sightseeing in London. The lounge now boasts a blue velvet click-clack sofa bed and there are extendable foot rests to throw the feet up to watch a movie.

Bedroom 1 has a work space with a folding desk and comfortable chair

Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove top, Nespresso and coffee grinder for all those coffee connoisseurs. The air fryer ensures those late night Deliveroo fries stay crunchy and hot 🔥

We chose this apartment for its price and convenient location and were very happy with our stay as three ladies (my mum, sister and myself) over almost a month. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable, and the Christmas tree made it feel instantly warm and homely. Heating was easy to adjust, hot water was always available, and we felt safe throughout our stay. The location is great — East Street Market and nearby grocers were very convenient, and getting into central London by bus was easy. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. One small note is that the apartment is on the second floor with stairs, and one bed could use replacing. Overall, we would happily recommend this place.

Convenient to transportation

Charming 2 bedroom flat very convenient to transportation. The bus line to the center of London is right around the corner on East Street, no more than 4-5 minutes walk, where you can also find groceries for snacks. We also found the Victoria train line very convenient to travel directly to Heathrow Airport. A bit easier to navigate than Paddington Station. We used the Farringdon Station entry--it was clean and easy and only a 4 minute walk to the bus line. Being close to reliable transportation makes enjoying the city so much easier! Thanks so much for our lovely stay.
