Great location, clean, comfy bed

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Perfect location with tube station across the street. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Spend 5 days here. Made breakfast at home plenty of dishes in stocked kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe. Thank you.

You are underground.

Lovely appointed apartment but it is underground. I do not like basements. Pictures indicate windows - but they are below street level…..you state ground floor apartment…it is actually underground. Only 2 rooms have windows …… very dark. You can raise the blinds but then, people walking by, can look directly into your place. Instructions, I.e. address, incorrect. Address stated in top of note about your rental is one address and about half way down, they mention another address. It might be an idea to meet the incoming people and give them all instructions, etc. Made it very frustrating after a long long flight to have to try and figure out where everything is and having to make quite a few phone calls to sort out stuff and to locate the actual unit. Listing mentions washer/dryer……no dryer. Washer found after a search and another phone call. Why this information is not listed, I have no idea. Separate room with a lock on the door. You have to call to get combination to open the lock to the room. Strongly suggest you rework the description of the listing. It was a major disappointment to find myself underground in a dark unit. Really put a dent in my enjoyment of time spent here. I wonder if this review will show with the listing, doubt it. I would not rent this unit again.
