The flat is conveniently located 5 minutes from Kings Cross, and easy to find. Entry was good, secured with a digital lock. It is located on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans). It was clean and tidy. It is two bedrooms (larger one with a bed and corner sofa; smaller one with a desk and chair), a kitchen/dining area, and the bathroom (shower, no tub). The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, dryer (I think), microwave, and kettle. The back window has a nice view of the courtyard below. It was relatively quiet for being located so close to Kings Cross. There's a Tesco's Express within 2 minutes and several restaurants close by. Heating is managed directly on the boiler. The flat retains the heat pretty well, and warms up quickly once the heating is turned on. I was on my own, so it was big enough. It seems larger than the average London studio apartment, and definitely much larger many of the similarly priced hotel rooms I looked at. The staff was nice and courteous, allowing me to rest my feet until it was time to check out. I would definitely stay here again.
