Enjoy our home amenities with our fully furnished apartment. The apartment is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and living room area - a space where our guests can be together, cook and eat hearty meals and simply enjoy their time.

House rules:
• Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
• No parties/events;
• Pet fee is £10/night per pet (Pet fee is subject to change depending on pet type);
• Our usual security deposit amount is £150, however, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of up to £500 for bookings for more than 2 weeks;
• Fans and/or cot is available upon request.
• We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guests must sign the rental agreement. We also require a copy of their ID (front and back). This is separate from the platform’s identity verification.
