Disliked: Cleanliness
Alert! The host never opened the unit after hours of texting until 9pm. I called VRBO hotline and explained, cancelled and had to get 4 hotel rooms at 10pm. Now the host claims they opened it and will not give a refund. This is after many recorded texts with VRBO help line and host. VRBO continues to investígate.

Great location, a lot of improvement opportunities

At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in)
