This lovely 33m2 private room is located on a lower ground level, accessible by stairs.

Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the private room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept. It has a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.

The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, a fridge, cutlery, a dining table and chairs for two guests. Please note that there is no stove, oven, or microwave.

The private bathroom is not en suite but is opposite the room and has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries

The room is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

West Hampstead, an affluent residential district of large Victorian houses and apartment buildings, is known for the diverse global eateries, indie food shops, and fashion stores on West End Lane. The area is also a transport hub, with 3 rail and underground stations in close proximity. Nearby, the Freud Museum shows original furnishings in Sigmund Freud’s former home, including the psychoanalyst’s famous couch.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Overground/Underground/Thameslink station, West Hamstead, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
