The largest bedroom features a king-size bed, the second has a standard double bed, and the third includes a small double bed, comfortable for one adult. All rooms are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Just a short walk away is the beautiful Victoria Park—ideal for morning runs or laid-back weekend picnics. The park also features two well-equipped playgrounds catering to both younger and older children.

Nearby, the Young V&A makes for a fantastic visit, especially for families. Bethnal Green Gardens, with its lively summer vibe, roller-skaters, and open-air music, adds to the neighborhood’s charm. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Family-friendly features include plastic crockery and metal cutlery for children, a selection of children's books, and a non-slip bathmat. A high chair and two booster seats are also provided, neatly stored under cover near the back door.
