In the living room, you'll find two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster, to prepare a delicious meal.

The flat has two bedrooms. One has a king bed, while another has a bunk bed suitable for children only. All beds are set up with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The 1.5-bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

NOTE: The maximum occupancy is two adults or two adults and two kids. Smoking is forbidden on the premises, and guests will incur a penalty if any evidence is found. Also, this street is pretty quiet overall, so please ensure there is no late-night noise and be mindful of our neighbor below.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Named one of the best places to live in London by The Sunday Times, the area is buzzing with great food, bars and culture. It has new restaurants popping up all the time! Excellent access to Central London (only 10 minutes on the train to London Bridge) and numerous buses to get you across London. For kids, there is a charming little park around the corner (Warwick Gardens), and a little further afield is Peckham Rye Common, which has so much to offer, with a giant playground right by a delicious cafe! Plenty of coffee shops, many of which are hidden away, so it is a great place to explore and find them! Local restaurant Ganapati is just around the corner serving delicious South Indian cuisine. A must-try!

You have Peckham Rye Train station just 11 minutes walk away. You can take trains to a wide variety of locations.
There are also numerous buses on Peckham Road, which is a few minute's walks away from the flat, that take you to many places too.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
