Very poor experience overall.
Check-in was extremely difficult, with poor instructions and very limited support. The property itself was well maintained and clean. The room was very small, although for the price and location in London this was understandable.
The major issue was the heat and humidity. Our room was on the third floor, and you could feel the temperature and humidity increasing as you went upstairs. Overnight, the room became unbearably hot and humid. In my view, this property is not suitable during hot summer weather. We ultimately felt unable to continue our stay and left before the end of our booking, paying for alternative accommodation elsewhere.
Unfortunately, communication made the situation much worse. Staff were essentially unavailable by phone, and responses by email were slow and unhelpful when we tried to resolve the problems.
Overall, a very disappointing experience from check-in through to our early departure. The property was clean, but the conditions and lack of effective support meant I could not recommend staying here during the summer.
