We appreciated the location and proximity to many sites. We were in walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye. The rooms were very small, but also very quiet so it was easy to get rest. The hotel is very near St. James subway station. Upon arrival, we got off at Westminster Station. I would recommend people traveling with luggage to get to St. James Station. We also found a few very cute pubs close by with good food.

Friendly efficient staff, especially the breakfast workers. Rooms are clean, quite small, bites knew that when we booked. The location was great. 3 minute walk to Big Ben, and Westminster abbey. The closet underground station is a two minute walk away. We really liked our stay

The room was a lot smaller than I expected, but my wife and I got used to it quickly. It was clean and so close to many major attractions and near several great restaurants. I highly recommended it.

Location! Room - small. If you are claustrophobic- skip. Breakfast - could be better, just basic. You’ll survive and enjoy the view if your room has the window. But the location is great! Close to everything.

SUPER LOCATION!! The room was a little tight, two sides of the King bed were against the corner of the room BUT it was a KING bed. You're in the room so little traveling that was not a huge issue. The location to the sites, Westminster, Big Ben, the Eye, Changing of the guard, Buckingham, could not be beat. Pubs close, access to the River and water UBER, try it, so amazing. Would definitely book again.

Good location and good facilities for a budget hotel. The rooms are tiny and only really good for 1 person. The worst was that the boiler broke and I had to suffer cold showers for 3 out of 4 mornings. Not having hot water is unacceptablAfter the 1st morning, I was promised it would be fixed, after the 2nd it was clear it wouldn't be. They need better emergency cover. All the hotel offered was to cancel my booking so I could find another hotel. Last minute in central London I was looking at between $300 and 400 per night.

Very Convenient to the Westminster station, quiet. Good climate control, comfortable bed. Do not order the Margarita Pizza at the bar, but breakfast is excellent.

The staff was the best, always willing to help. Whether at the front desk or at the breakfast lounge. Room were small but adequate to hold the luggage. Accessible bathroom was very spacious. As most hotels in this range in Europe, there was no iron or fridge/tea but the breakfast lounge offered free tea and coffee 24/7. Breakfast choice was ample and the staff managed the morning crowds efficiently. The hotel is walking Dayan r to underground and Buckingham and west monster. We had a lovely time here.
