Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The place was well serviced and clean. It really wasn't obvious that the bedrooms were really windowless. I probably wouldn't have booked here had i known. At breakfast I'd recommend a 2nd coffee machine or hot water dispenser for tea as it was always busy

We couldn’t stay as my wife contracted COVID 2 days before our stay and couldn’t make our trip as booked.Southernrail were lovely and the theatre both refunded us.Unfortunately the hotel or your staff were less than helpful and we were offered no alternative date or partial refund.It was upsetting as we had booked our trip in June and as pensioners the £180+ lost was most upsetting.We feel very let down.

Lovely, modern and pristinely clean room in great condition. It was the most affordable of the options I looked at, and I was very impressed. Very short walk to Old Street tube station, only a couple of tube stops away from Kings Cross. Left our bags there before check in and after check out so we could make the most of our time without carrying them around. Would definitely stay here again
