Very nice boutique style hotel situated in a very central and accessible area of London, tube station minutes away. Staff are very welcoming and friendly throughout stay. Beds very comfortable and rooms more spacious than you might expect. Great to have the choice of hot breakfast and continental style.

Overall the experience was fine. Check in was good and the staff were friendly. However, there were quite a lot of small mini flies that seemed to be abundant in both the room I was in (and seemingly the wider 1st floor), and my neighbours with the connecting door were making some considerable noise at around 6AM which was just quite annoying. The hotel is fine, I’ve just had much better experiences.

The hotel breakfast arrangements are confusing making people wonder around the breakfast buffet. For the room price - I find that the breakfast is very basic and the consistency of the scrambled eggs is horrible! Otherwise very nice and clean place to stay and close to public transport.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The place was well serviced and clean. It really wasn't obvious that the bedrooms were really windowless. I probably wouldn't have booked here had i known. At breakfast I'd recommend a 2nd coffee machine or hot water dispenser for tea as it was always busy
