Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of unacceptable and far from what was advertised on your platform. When we checked in, we were shocked to find: The apartment door was broken, leaving us feeling unsafe, especially with children present. The kitchen vent hood was non-functional. Appliances were filthy - see the picture attached for electric kettle The shower door was broken. There was no water available for guests. The property had no air conditioning, and only one fan was provided — for multiple guests. The property was not same as shown in the pictures. On the first night, with the door broken and no fan, it was extremely difficult to sleep, particularly for my children. Out of concern for their safety, I kept all luggage in the living area front door to stop the door from opening and stayed there myself so they could rest. We could not find alternative accommodation for the second night, so we were forced to stay despite the conditions. While the property did eventually provide an other fan and repaired the door next morning, this was only after the first night’s ordeal — which was a deeply distressing and unsafe experience. I must say Expedia did not do a good job validating property and no reasonable support was provided when we were stranded.

We love the location it is close to St Pancras station and direct bus services down to city centre etc. Owners instruction is clear and easy to follow. Downside is the condition of the property, in need for a touchup, repair work & TLC 😀 e.g., carpet / flooring, furnitures.

Not quite as smart as the images

Good location for walking to the west end or Camden. Very noisy due to transport / road noise and the property is not quite as smart as the images lead you to believe and a little tired around the edges, especially communal area / entrance.

We were staying there for one night only the apartment was incredible very convenient clean and all that you need very nice comfortable beds lovely lounge/kitchen could of done with is microwave but there is a cooker full fridge/freezer The communal areas could do with a tidy the carpet was. Quite stained There was parking but it’s very tight infact another visitor blocked us in so I needed to get out of. Ed to try and help this was not the fault of the owner who was very nice I felt sorry for the chap blocked in though
