Close to shops/cafes etc., and good to get refreshments including snacks in the room. Nice toiletries provided, and very quick online check in advance. Took off one star as the window opened but would not shut again, and when my boyfriend used the shower the head fell off, throwing water everywhere in the bathroom. Those two things aside it was a great hotel and they wouldn't rule out me staying here again.
