The staff was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful with shop and restaurants nearby and plenty of buses and train options to get to other parts of London, including Heathrow. I will stay here again.

Spotless room with extremely comfortable bed. Good tea & coffee facilities. TV had vast range of channels. Security was first class. Would definitely stay there again

My Rating: 3/5 Stars This review is intended for both prospective guests and hotel management. While the hotel is lovely to look at, several fundamental practical elements were missing or inadequate. Stay Details: I stayed in the Family Suite (ground floor) in the Pembroke Lodge with my partner and baby daughter. The Good (4/5) Location: Brilliant location! Close to Kingston town center, near the river, and right in the best area for food and drink. Comfort: The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and was a nice spot for a good night's sleep. Storage: Excellent wardrobe space and nice quality soaps provided. The Issues (2/5) The hotel seems to have prioritized aesthetics over functionality, leading to a frustrating experience with basic expectations. Amenities & Workspace NO Fridge: This was a significant inconvenience, especially traveling with a baby. Insecure Safe: The safe provided is very small and cheap; it will not fit a laptop or iPad. Unsuitable Workspace: The vintage desk and stool are uncomfortable and impractical for actually working. Poor Ironing Setup: The ironing board is a tiny, fold-out type, making it almost impossible to iron clothes properly without a suitable surface. Heating & Temperature Inadequate Room Heating: The room is heated by a ceiling-mounted electric air blaster (like those often seen at shop entrances), not proper radiators. It did not heat the room effectively. Freezing Bathroom: The small electric towel rail was completely insuffic
