Room was very clean. Staff were excellent, very polite and understanding. There were no queues. The breakfast buffet was superb. I was disappointed with no toothbrushes or slippers in the room, which I am used to in Japan. Also by mistake arrange a room with no window in the basement which I now regret, and I also was surprised there was no bath in the room, only a shower, because I enjoy baths. I didn't notice the no-bath mentioned on the website but maybe it was.
