Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for ÂŁ8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!

Surprising value for central London, though perhaps not everyone's taste. Rooms small but quite comfy; windows open onto an interior space, so provide light but no view. One oddness is that all the room lights work together - all on or all dim or all off - and not really off, either, they maintained soft lighting all night long. Overall, the hotel is fresh, comfortable, great breakfast at a great price, charming staff.

My first room was windowless and in the basement, which I might have tolerated except there were strong cooking smells from the hotel kitchen that crept into the room. The always-helpful staff moved me up the the sixth floor. From there on out the room was Premier Inn's usual high quality. Unfortunately, I found that the pay-in breakfast offering has declined a lot in the last two years. It's getting very limited, often cold and the breakfast room is very crowded.

It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in.

A dark, quiet and air conditioned room was exactly what we needed after long days in London. We had a great time and slept like babies every night! The room was clean and modern, staff was super friendly and the hotel's location is super central, but not smack in the middle of the busiest streets. Sadly the housekeeping was a bit unsatisfactory, even though we asked for our room to be made up. The first night it was great, the second night it looked like we had only been given a new towel (and we were missing a towel), and the third night it was sloppily done. We contacted the reception, who kindly offered free breakfast the next morning in return, which was nice (we were leaving super early the next morning and didn't have time for breakfast, so we can't tell you how that was). All in all they were just minor inconveniences and staff was helpful, so it is a non-issue. This is not the hotel to bring your new girlfriend or to share a room with a friend you're not super comfortable with. The door to the bathroom (standard room) is made out of glass and is therefore absolutely not sound proof. The bed was narrower than we are used to (IÂŽm assuming 140x200cm) and is up against a wall, so stay here with someone you are comfortable climbing over. Again a non issue for us As most hotel beds outside of Scandinavia it was a little firm in my opinion, but nothing out of the ordinary The room is tiny, as expected, but had everything we needed and storage for our suitcase

Rent och fint hotell med bra lÀge. Trevlig personal med bra service. NÄgot hÄrd sÀng för vÄr smak. Det mindre bra var att vi bad om extra tÀcke andra kvÀllen som de skulle komma upp med men de kom aldrig. Morgonen efter bad vi om stÀdning, ett extra pÄslakan och extra handduk eftersom vi Äkte 2 personer men fick inte det heller (fick endast renbÀddat och handduk för 1 person) , vi fick gÄ ner och be om det igen men fick dÄ handdukar och underlakan.. Dagen efter det bad vi om att fÄ badrummet stÀdat och rummet dammsuget men de gjorde inte det heller. Allt detta noterade de och skulle meddela vidare till stÀd. I övrigt var allt bra.
