Reception ladies were friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, close to the tower of London, Tower bridge and sky garden. It was perfect!! Super clean, too. Rooms are small, but we were just there to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. Great price, too.

Had a few problems with the room we got at check-in...We asked for a change and were given another 'perfect' room immediately. Staff is so nice & helpful. Rooms are small but totally functional & cheerful. Loved the breakfast, the lobby, the vibes and perfect location. Not the 1st time we stay at a Hub and we are always happy to return.

Location was great due to our preferred visit planning , room was quite small howecer comfort was ok. Especially bad was good . Reception was a bit busy due to employees were dealing with restaurant part as well. Although we arrived 12:30 PM we paid for early check in fee, I would expect they compansate as courtesy
