The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

A lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Staff are all very helpful. We didn’t have any food in the restaurant because we ate out at the event we were attending in London. Hotel is very close to Blackfriars Station. Thank you Hyatt.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and day after with my new husband, the staff were kind enough to upgrade the room and added breakfast to our booking. The reception manager Jo sent us a lovely card, bottle of prosecco and chocolate to our hotel room when we got back after our wedding! It was such a lovely surprise and made the occasion extra special for us. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable and a great size. We would love to come back! Thank you so much for the lovely stay, really appreciated the extra gestures.
