Like so many others we were unable to make use of booked properties. However, the manager I spoke to was really helpful and polite. We will re-book when London is open for business!

cheap so don't complain

Check-in easy no problems there are no elevators so don't have heavy bags. The apartment was fine no problems apart from being noisy at night and the hot water failed twice, not happy about that but you have to consider the cost = cheap and the location = great.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyde Park Apartments. The flat is small but was the perfect size for my husband, 16 month old daughter and myself. Excellent location!

The washroom exhaust fan of beside neighbor room make loud noise I not able sleeping. These 6 nights I got sleeping after 2 am until my neighbor sleep and turn off this exhaust fan , then I able sleep. Poor London trip experience !

Ok 2-3 star hotel.

Located 5 min walk from Paddington station hotel offered private bathroom and kitchenette with toaster, stove, microwave and fridge. Unfortunately hotel shows signs of wear and tear. Sink and tub do not drain water fast enough. Tv did not work for the duration of a stay. We were promised that this would be fixed however it wasn't. This hotel is a good option for the price that we paid, since we only used it to sleep inside. Please note that there are no elevators, AC, or reception desk. Reception is located on parallel street.

We had to walk up 87 stairs to our room which was tough with all our luggage. We were there in July and the room was incredibly hot with an inadequate fan. It was so hot it made sleeping difficult - and we had been travelling in a hotter Turkey before that! A good location and good value but would not recommend for a summer visit.

Basically this is a place to sleep. Flat 18 isn’t fit for 3 people. It’ll barely sleep 2. It’s up multiple steep flights of stairs with no lift. It was summer and the room was unbearably hot. The amenities are non existent. If you don’t mind a climb and don’t expect to spent time in there and you’re an individual or a small couple then it’s barely ok. Otherwise. Sorry but avoid.

A quieter end of Paddington. Flat had all I needed including kitchen. I forgot my laptop charger and manager took time to retrieve for me which was a nice touch.
