Arriving at premier INN we were asked to pay because our online payment to Expedia was not received. We ended up making a second payment which was a double charge for our room, and we need the refund back. We were also charged extra for breakfast when the Expedia advertised breakfast included. Room given was not ready at all.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was only cleaned once during my entire stay, and although I had already paid for breakfast, one of the staff challenged me and insisted that I needed to pay again. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout. Overall, the service was terrible and not what I expected.

I liked the fact that its close to the airport. What i didn't like was the room was nothing like what was pictured when I reserved it, very small space about a 12x12 with bathroom. Maids obviously don't look up when cleaning the room as there was ramen noodles hanging from the ceiling.

Besides having to change rooms because the bed was dirty on arrival, the stay was pleasant and the restaurant was surprisingly decent. The rooms were also really quiet and transport to Heathrow was really easy. If you need a place to stay between flights I highly recommend. If you are staying in London for a longer period, I would try staying elsewhere.
