Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by.
Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that construction work in the parking lot had our rental car covered with concrete dust and we could not park there for one night waiting for concrete paving to dry out. We were told that the car wash expense could be reimbursed but we did not see any reimbursement before we left. There is no elevator for the apartment building and our room is on the 4th floor. Need to haul our luggages up and down.
The room was cold 10 degree celcius at night in late Sep. and the heating sysytem is centrally controlled by the management.

Excellent all round
Very enjoyable stay and well looked after by staff once there. Appartment was very updated and modern. Will definately book again in the near future.
