It would have been nice if there were a few basics already stocked on arrival. A couple of bottles of water, a pint of milk in the fridge, some bread, that kind of thing. That said, there’s an M&S literally around the corner, not to mention the location being in Chinatown so food shopping is not a problem. Just would have been very much appreciated after a day of travelling. The consumables supplied were pods for the coffee machine, teabags, washing up liquid and paper towels. The kitchenware and equipment supplied were all nice, clean and in good condition. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, towels were nice, showers worked well. There are quite a lot of stairs and no lift, but the listing warned about that. The door to the building wasn’t initially obvious. The welcome message said to look for the door with the butterflies in the window, but we arrived after it was dark and they were far from obvious. Thankfully the street is very short and there are only a couple of doors that aren’t businesses. Still, a photo of the door in the welcome email would have lubricated the process, when arriving on a very busy little street with a family, laden with luggage. An excellent property I would definitely use again.

Location is perfect, easy access to everything on foot and 4 minute walk to station. Spacious, clean and comfortable. A plethora of restaurants and shops nearby. Kitchen has everything needed. Check-in instructions were clear, we got in late at night and it was a breeze. Check out was just as easy.

Great location in the heart of Chinatown lots of good transportation hubs , food locations ,shopping , and theaters. great walkablity factor and the actual apartment was fantastic with top floor views looking down at Chinatown really really loved the flat that they gave us and it was very clean overall and way larger than we expected ( for most of what Europe has to offer, especially London)

Location was great but this was a run down property. Roof top was unusable due to industrial fan, fan noise was constant. Heated towel rail didn’t work, remote did not work, windows fussy to open. Bed made a massive creaking noise any time you moved. Stairs were painful to climb. It was good for our purposes but I could not recommend to a friend.

Good location and nice apartment! In a very busy area in Chinatown so can be a bit hectic outside. Close to the tube and a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Nice apartment with plenty of room with living room, kitchen area separate from bedroom. Bathroom ample space. Only negative was how stuffy room would get without air conditioning. Not comfortable leaving windows open at night. The big heavy entrance gate took getting used to for opening, both in and out. Staff very responsive by email when someone set off building door alarm and front entrance wouldn't secure.

This property is in a great location, very central to the tube and train stations. It was bright and comfortable. It was a bit warm being on the 4th floor and few windows that could open but they did provide fans. It took us a couple of days to realize there were blind but if they were down you didn't really get the air from the window. Despite those 2 minor negatives I would stay here again.

Fantastic location, with a 24 hour M&S across the road. We had a top floor flat which was well proportioned and had all the amenities for a family. My only issue was ventilation. It was very very hot and floor fans just didn’t cut it. The living room was cool but the rooms unbearably hot. Also not ideal if you have mobility issues as it’s 5 flights of stairs to the top flat.

Dangerous to your family. NO NOT STAY HERE!

These apartments have no AC and you are forced to open the windows to get any type of airflow. The main problem with this is the appartments are surrounded by the exhaust vents of the restuarants on all sides. therefore the smell, smoke and GAS FUMES are blown into your sweltering appartment. Fortunately the Carbon monoxide detectors go off warning you're family is in danger. repeated calls to the emergency line produced no response other than a housekeeper who could do nothing to stop the gas fumes or alarm. No refund due to this dangerous situation was offered by Hausd.

Property itself was awesome. Plenty of room, very clean, great patio. Only issue we had was being from Texas, assumed that everyone had AC! IT was one of the hottest weeks for London, and the flat we had was on the top floor - where all the heat is. Thankfully the patio door opens quite wide, but windows open at night in Picadilly/China town means lots of noise! The location is the best - West End, China Town, Picadilly - every site you want to see is walkable. Safe area
