Sucio, descuidado y comunicación inexistente propietaria

La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido inexistente, no tuvimos noticas hasta 1 hora antes de llegar a Londres de como teníamos que hacer el check in, nos envío un solo mensaje a nuestra llegada (informando donde estaban las llaves). El apartamento estaba bastante sucio y descuidado (tenemos fotos). El sofá- cama estaba estropeado (así nos informo a nuestra llegada) y lo sustituyo por un colchón inflable (bastante incomodo), no había sabanas, colchas para los sofás camas e inflable, la ducha del primer baño estaba rota, le mandamos un mensaje informamos y no nos respondió ni se preocupo para nada (teníamos 1 ducha para 7 personas). El precio pagado no se acerca nada a los servicios que se anunciaban. La ubicación estaba muy bien.
