DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST

Never stayed in the property. Was informed it wouldn’t be ready for at least two days once I landed in London from the US, and then the host tried to put us in a 2 bedroom unit over a mile from the one I booked (this one). Ended up having to book multiple hotel rooms at the last minute for me and my three adult children. VRBO the company was no help as well - every time I tried to chat with them once I got into the details of the issue I was mysteriously disconnected and reconnected to a new agent. Now disputing with American Express.
