It's nothing like on the photo, king room becomes tiny single bad, tiny chair, tiny table, old carpet, noisy room ( next to bathroom and front got construction site), kitchen there, nothing work : gar cooker fail, kettle not working, microwave not working, awful bad smell when open fridge, bad food remains inside... horrible place to stay... everything seems dirty there, just a run-down guest house for ghost.

Er... no.

No joining instructions or key safe code, so locked out for over an hour. Missed the show I had tickets for as a consequence. Two fridges in the kitchen.... one full, the other literally rotting inside, covered in black mould. Nice spacious bedroom at the front... but the curtains are sewn shut. Bed sagged on either side, like sleeping on the brow of a hill. Two of the three lights in the bedroom didn't work. Communal areas not cleaned or supervised. Very glad not to be a solo female staying in what is just a house with communal spaces and no staff.

London stay

Lovely quirky house which was easy to find with simple instructions from the owner and not far from Walthamstow Central. Loved the fun decor but the paintwork could do with some refurbishment. Other than that no issues at all. Breakfast items provided although not sure if some things belonged to guests. Bathroom wax very clean with ample supplies of toiletries and there was free Wifi. Very good value for money and I would stay there again
