For the price, it was nice to have a washing machine and AC. I know UK doesn't have typical wall Air-conditioning units.I picked this place because of the AC, little did I know this place had 1 single room AC portable unit in the living room (which wae improperly installed and didn't cool very well) so the bedroom still was very warm, but don't worry because there a broken fan! We made sure to tell the owner we were 3 people, and the one who slept on the couch had 1 fitted sheet, that didnt fit the futon, 1 pillow, and a dirty duvet (that we didnt use but at least they had the AC). So if we had 3 people, why would the host only have 2 small bath towels? Not even a hand towels or anything else! Now the worst part was not the cleanliness, because although it was sub-par it's a cheap place to stay, and I CAN look pass alot but the whole reason I book vrbos is to not interact with hosts, so when I had to physically meet the host to get the keys, I was confused. He met with us and showed us the space and the house rules. He said they had TV, YouTube, and Netflix but they did not. They had a VERY confusing old device that had HTML YouTube (and the down button on the remote turned off the AC unit?!) It was such an old system, couldn't be used. The final strike was the paper with the house rules."No Alcohol. Consumption, storage, or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times."The listing says no parties & 3 people having a holiday isn't a party.
