A spacious and modern two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment featuring a wonderfully sophisticated interior.

The apartment occupies two floors of a large Victorian house in this fashionable west London area close to the canals of Little Venice.

The neutral decor, high ceilings, and on-trend wooden flooring enhance the property’s light and spacious feel.

You enter into a wide hallway with a large mirror and intercom system. The elegant reception room at the front of the house features an L-shaped sofa, smart TV, period fireplace with over-mantel mirror, and a feature wall with panelled artwork that adds real wow factor.

At the rear, the superb kitchen-diner provides a designated dining area with seating for up to six people. Double doors open to a Juliet balcony, perfect for enjoying a summer breeze on warm evenings. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with modern appliances, a central island for food preparation, and an additional sofa for relaxing.

Upstairs, the top floor hosts two bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, ample storage, and a heated towel rail.

The second bedroom offers a double bed, plenty of cupboard and hanging space, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the main floor, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a study room furnished with a sofa bed, which can be made up on request — making this an ideal base for up to five guests.

This property is conveniently located near the shops and cafés on Clifton Road in Maida Vale, alongside Formosa Street and the picturesque Regent’s Canal. Warwick Avenue Underground station (Bakerloo line) provides direct access to Marylebone, Baker Street, Regent’s Park, and Oxford Circus.

For music enthusiasts, Abbey Road Studios is nearby, while sports fans will appreciate the proximity to Lord’s Cricket Ground.

Little Venice is also close by, famed for its charming narrowboats, day trip boats, and waterside cafés where the Grand Union Canal meets Regent’s Canal.

Un havre de paix luxueux

L'appartement est entièrement rénové avec goût et est très bien équipé (3 salles de bains) C'est un luxe d'avoir une maison pour soi avec vue sur les jardins anglais. Le quartier est calme, sûr et présente ce qu'il y a de mieux à Londres avec des façades magnifiques, à deux pas d'Abbey Road, du métro Maida Vale et d'un pub art déco comme on les aime.
