The condition of the apartments needsa lot of attention. Fixtures and fittings falling apart mattress uncomfortable to the point of springs rubbing your back. No heating working. Staff apparently tried to sort issues but manager nowhere to be seen.

Nice hotel for access to London on the tube

I've stopped in almost every room in this hotel all rooms have good facilities, with one downfall the rain showers in all rooms do not work, they are all cold. You have to use a hand held shower, but not convenient. Informed staff but no change.

high standard for low price

5 days n 4 night stay at this apartment hotel. Don't have high expectation to begin with especially with the price that I paid and the location is london. Glad that I make the booking. I booked for 1 bedroom executive apartment for a family of 4(2 adult, 1 child and a baby). The apartment size is quite big with ample of space for my son to play. There is a lift in the hotel if you using a buggy(however there is a few steps before you reach the lift). The check in is quick and the staff is really friendly and helpful. You have to pay 50 pound deposit during check in. The car park for the hotel is behind the hotel itself. However it come with a steep price of 20 pound/day. There is a council car park just across the hotel car park which only cost you 10/day. The hotel situated at the main road with easy accessibility to wide range of restaurant,24 hour supermarket all within walking distance of less than 10 minutes. The down side of the location is, there is quite a high level of 'blue light/siren' activity (police, ambulance, even fire truck during my stay) that will not help if you are looking for a quiet stay. The hotel itself is immaculate. Equipped with kitchen and utensil if you decide to cook and washing machine if you want to wash. There is sofa bed in the living room that can pass as second bedroom. Unlike some service apartment that is clean per week,this apartment offer daily room service. The bed itself is not really to my liking. If you are on a budget but looking for a high standard accommodation and don't mind to travel a bit to go to central london, I will recommend this place.

Nice Family Trip

With the exception of a few lightbulb not working, everything was perfect. Room was clean, kitchen was fully equipped and and staff were very friendly.

Nice Hotel

We traveled with a family of 4 to visit London. The hotel was nice and located in an Ok area. Only downside was the distance to the centre of London : either a 2' walk and 20' trainride or a 20' walk and 30' subway ride. This was compensated by the lower price of the hotel. Breakfast was about 8.5 pounds pp, but there are plenty of 24/7 grocery shops around that allow you to buy breakfast and lunch

Prima plek voor gezin

Het appartement was een heerlijke basis voor ons verblijf in de drukke, bruisende stad Londen. Niet helemaal in het centrum, maar met onze travelcards en het openbaar vervoer was alles heel goed bereikbaar. Een ontbijtje bij de buren en allerlei eetgelegenheden een stukje verderop in de straat...... en in ons appartement waren voldoende voorzieningen om iets klaar te maken. Voor ons gezin was het een fijne plek!

Mahtava hotelli

Todella hyvä hotelli sopivan matkan päässä Lontoon keskustasta. Me saatiin huoneisto yhden huoneen hinnalla. Ystävällinen ja pätevä henkilökunta. Huoneet pidettiin siistinä joka päivä, olimme 5 päivää. Ehdottomasti suosittelen. Hotelli sijaitsee ostoskadulla josta löytyy melkein mitä vaan.

sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren zu viert im Standard Apartment und hatten genug Platz. Es ist eine kleine Küche vorhanden, die alles anbietet, was man so braucht. Das Bad ist klein, doch sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Im direkten Umfeld sind genügend Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Take aways. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Voor inlichtingen over vervoer in London zeer be hulpzaam.
