I would say 6/10. It was pretty but there were a few things: Beds feel like sleeping on a fold out couch—really bad Blinds are broken in all rooms. Not a big deal unless the sun comes up at 4:30 am Coffee maker broken Bugs in the bathroom at night Mold in the master shower Lack of instructions, communication from owner/property manager was also a little frustrating

I found the property to be located in an area that was close to local transportation. The pub down the street had excellent food and there was a convenience store just across the street as well. Next to us was the Water/steam museum. We enjoyed the museum as well. The itself was just like its pictures with few exceptions: things such as a lamp and blinds were broken. Couch was held up by a pipe, matteress not comfortable and lumpy,cook top was greasy, black mold in the primary bathroom shower stall,heated towel rack in the primary bathroom did not work, exhaust fan in the main bathroom did not work, and there was no instructions on how to operate the hvac systems.Communication with the person in charge was not done on a timely basis.

Loved this apartment! I booked this property last minute after being let down elsewhere and it was fabulous! It is the larger of two penthouses in Easton House, with a huge outdoor terrace. I was surprised there were no photos of this in the listing. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location less than a 5 min walk from the Thames at Kew Bridge and Kew Bridge train station (it's worth knowing that some websites show the location as the city centre but that is wrong, it is on Heritage Walk in Brentford). It was an easy journey from the city centre (we got the underground to Vauxhall, then a train to Kew Bridge). There is a Sainsbury extra just across the road and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It's a lovely quiet area, but with lots of nice places to visit within walking distance. There was no welcome pack or instructions like a lot of holiday apartments have, but that might be because it's a new listing and we booked last minute. We did receive a text after booking and they did get back to us when we asked one or two questions, so no complaints. If I was to be really picky, it would have been nice if there was outdoor furniture on the terrace, some bins in the bedrooms/bathrooms and a full length mirror. There were also no coat hangers, but again maybe they just weren't quite set up yet. Given how fabulous everything else was though, none of that really mattered! I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again some time.
