The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The property is slightly dated but very clean. The room was small, I shared a twin room with my son, but we did not have any issues and slept well. The bathroom is clean and the shower did not send water all over the floor. I would stay here again.
The rooms were very small and dated . You could hear the tv and alarm from the next room. We do understand space is valuable in this area and reasonably close to activities; but a little overpriced for what you got. The shower head was small and didn’t work well. The room was very warm. The room was clean and staff/ owner were helpful.
The staff was exceptional. We had someone in our group with a scooter. They went above and beyond helping us get it up the stairs to the hotel. Since the rooms are small they kept it in the office until needed. The rooms were small. Not really room for suitcases. We had to lift them up on the bed to get things out or in them. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room to shower. No room for toiletries. The table for the coffee pot doubled as a vanity of sorts.
Perfect location for sightseeing, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Rooms basic but have everything you need Tea and coffee making facilities and supplies topped up daily. Recommend if wanting a quiet place to stay
Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had a warm welcome from the gentleman at reception and he was lovely throughout our visit. The room had everything that was needed for a convenient and comfortable trip to visit London to see a show. The location was great for walking from Victoria and into Trafalgar. We didn’t expect a top quality hotel with the budget used, but we had a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay in a lovely location. We will be back!
Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for walking to some of the key tourist attractions of London and tube station just a few minutes walk.

Simple basic clean
Basic accomodation, perfect for a 2-3 day business trip. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was simple but had everything I needed.
I got a notice as I was boarding the plane that if I was checking in after 11 that the key would be taped to a door down the stairs behind a door.
This would have been nice to know when I made the reservation.
So I arrive…pitch dark down the stair…I’m 66 years old and had to travel by myself….not safe.
Finally got to the room at almost 11:30. It was clean, but the bed was miserable and the room was hot…very little ventilation. Thank goodness it was 1night only.
