The first room that we were assigned had a foul odor. The air conditioner was not working which we were told was a problem through out the building yet we were not advised on checkin.

The hotel was close to two underground stations, making it very easy to get around London and reach Heathrow Airport as well. Drinks, were wine, beer, water, tea, coffee, Coke were included in the room. The refills were haphazard though. More than a few times we were left without water. Oh, well, if no water then we drank the wine. We had the buffet breakfast one day. It was good, but not worth having every day, IMHO.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location I stayed here for 3 nights and was really happy with the experience. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient to the Tube with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It felt like a great base for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Honest review.

Room was a good size and very clean on arrival. a couple of annoying issues - 1. Key card stopped working at pone point and had to go back down and get it recoded. 2. on day 2 - we left the room and asked for it to be cleaned and for the fridge to be replenished. When we returned late at night, apart from the bed being made, nothing else had been done in the room - used towels had been left in bathroom and not replaced, used mugs / glasses not replaced, empty bottles of water left on the counter, was very disappointed given that we had left the room at approx. 13.00 and returned at 22.30pm and the cleaning staff had not done their job... when we wanted to go to sleep after a long day in a clean room, but had wait. Also as there was no phone in the room to contact reception, we had to go down 11 floors each time, wait in the queue if they were serving others and come back up and wait, then had to go again as no one turned up from housekeeping, and eventually someone came up from reception and sorted out the basics themselves. did complain at the desk, but staff didn't really seem that bothered.

I stayed for an entire week while visiting my daughter. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I also liked that the building allowed you to open the window. The maid service was inconsistent in leaving supplies. I had to ask for more water and coffee pods, and then they would leave only decaf. Also, when trying to eat a take away meal at a table in the lobby with my daughter and a friend, we were told by management we weren’t allowed to eat there, we must eat in my room. It was a strange thing to forbid since we were in a cafe area with coffee and bakery. I said I didn’t wish to have us all eat in my bed. It was awkward to not be able to use the lobby tables to eat and converse.

From the time I check in and time I left Kendra from the front desk was amazing , once she found out it was my first time in London and also my birthday , only problem I had was the heat doesn’t work in hotel if they have it , it was extremely cold a lot of the time .
