STARTING WITH CHECKING IN THE LADY COULDN'T FIND MY KEY AFTER RUMAGING THROUGH SERVAL BOXES. SHE EVENTUALLY FOUND IT. AL SO TALK TO OTHER STAFF THE WHOLE TIME IN A LANGUAGE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND. THE ROOM WAS FREEZING HEATING CLERY WASN'T WORKING. BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL. TINY SPACE BETWEEN THE TOILET AND THE SINK COULD JUST ABOUT FIT IN THE GAP. VERY CROPROPOBIC. TV DIDN'T WORK HOWEVER THIS WAS FIXED AFTER I CONPLANED. THEN ON MY FINAL NIGHT AT ABOUT 10PM JUST AS I WAS GETTING REDY BED A FIMLY OF THREE CAME IN TO MY ROOM. SAYING THAT HAD A RESERVATION. IN MY SINGLE ROOM. THEY PHONED SOMBODY IN THE END AND SORTRD IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Check-in process was HORRIBLE and the entire hotel is unreachable. My friends and I were waiting outside and calling/messaging the hotel for over an hour before our check-in information was finally sent. It appears as though no one works at reception, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t send check-in info at the time of check-in. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 3pm on the dot for check-in and the gentleman on reception gave a very friendly welcome and gave us the hotel run down. Needed an iron, he said yep no problem! Room was gorgeous, clean and well equipped!

Rooms were clean, comfortable and location was amazing. Very good value for money. We will definitely use this hotel in future when visiting London. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to Paddington station and underground.
