We stayed here for two nights and spent 144 pounds. For this price, this place is nearly perfect. The rooms are clean and odor free, and the carpets seem newly replaced. It also enjoys a convenient location. Though the rooms are a bit small, it’s pretty good value for money.

For a one night stay, this was a perfect room for me. Had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable, and having an en-suite for the price was excellent. If you start looking too closely the finish on the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but that didnt effect my nights sleep!

Didn’t see any staff the whole time I was there! If your needing a cheap place to stay for a couple nights this place will be good although the room wasn’t exactly clean ( there was dirt marks in the shower tray ) the room needs a little tlc with the decorating but it is in a very good location as it’s not that far from Paddington station and loads of restaurants nearby!

The one single bedroom was small, but spacious enough for a taller man. Comfortable with enough bedding. Had a kettle and tea and coffee . One thing that can be a safety issue is the low overhang as you exit the room. I banged my head hard on it, leaving a bump and a bad headache. This need to be addressed with at least signage as well as appropriate bumper or cushioning on the low overhead.
