Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. It was a good Expedia price and I would use again. Location is good as there are plenty of transport links and the locale has a variety of bars, cafe and restaurants.
