Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This apartment is situated in the perfect location. Close enough to transport links (10 min walk to Hendon Central station and 2 min walk to Hendon railway station) but it also offers peacefulness and tranquillity.
This apartment has only recently been renovated with everything in the apartment being brand new. The modern finishes give it a homely feel, a home away from home.
The space
The apartment is at the top (third floor) of a newly renovated apartment building. Take the 2 flights of stairs up and your peaceful stay begins. (No lift in the building)
The property hosts 2 spacious double bedrooms. These rooms come equipped with wardrobes and hangers.
The bathroom comes with a bath as well as a shower.
The generous living area boasts high ceilings, with windows letting in lots of natural light.
The comfortable corner sofa can be pulled out and turned into a sofa bed.

4 minute drive to Middlesex University
5 minute drive to Brent Cross shopping centre
17 minute drive to Wembley Stadium
30 minute drive to Westfield Shepherds Bush shopping centre
With amazing transport links within walking distance, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable and convenient trip in London.
Please note-
There is a 2 car space driveway in front of the flat however this is shared with the other 3 flats in the building so it’s on a first come first serve basis.
There is parking on the road with permits from 10am-11am on weekdays. There are some pay and display bays on roads surrounding the property where you could move your car and pay to park for the hour. Parking is free on the weekend.
Other things to note
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required per booking. This will be processed and paid back within 5-10 working days after check out upon property inspection considering no damages occur.
Upon booking confirmation, we also require a valid copy of photo ID in order to verify guest identity, for security measures.
Both tasks can be completed through the pre-arrival form sent after booking.
Lost keys will incur a charge.

No parties allowed
No more than 6 guests permitted per booking
Failure to abide by the above rules will result in a loss of the deposit.
