Nice property big room - the area around the hotel is fabulous but it is a 10 min walk to the tube station which is annoying when it’s raining - fees to hold your bags there when you are checking out & to check in early which is not great on top of an expensive stay.

Had to request an upgrade from our standard double room which was rather cramped. The double room re-assigned to us was much better.

Me and my family stayed there only for 1 night. We arrived early morning. We knew that our rooms are not ready yet, so we left our luggage in reception. A man at the reception was very helpful, he told us where our rooms are and everything. When we came back in the night, the lady at the reception first send us to the rooms in wrong direction, and then when we told her that we leave early morning (before they serving breakfast), so we would like to receive any kind of breakfast, she said that she will leave a message to another person at the reception. We came to reception in the morning, we tried to speak with another man there, but he could barely speak english, barely knew what I was saying. Don't get me wrong, we were happy about rooms cleaniness and hotel itself, specialy the price, but we were dissapointed that even if we asked about preparing breakfast for us (even a croissant and a cup of tea would be great), we didn't received it. I stayed in hotels all the time, I haven't experiance anything like that before.

The area is really, really nice. Kensington Gardens is just there and it's easy to take The bus to Regent Street. The hotel is very cosy and The interior is stylish and nice. But there is a serious lack of sound proofness. Our room was in The basement floor and right next to it there was a toilet and a nousy hand drier. You could also hear all the steps from upstairs and talking from the others rooms.. I slept really poorly.

Boden quitsch beim gehen sehr stark. Auch bei anderen Zimmer. Zimmer fällt knallen zu wenn man sie nicht bis zum Schluss festhält.Uraltes Schliesssystem mit lotternden Türfallen.
